Tuan Haji Adi Azuan Bin Abdul Ghani, aged 38, was appointed to the Board of TH Global Services Sdn Bhd in 2008.

He holds a degree in Accounting UK BSc. (Honours) from Queen’s University of Belfast, UK. He is now a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK, ACCA (FCCA) and also a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

He started his professional career in the auditing and accounting fields with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kuala Lumpur in 1996 and was principally involved in the provision of audit and accounting services, mainly to banking and financial institutions before joining Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) as the Divisional Head of Group Accounts in July 2002.  Currently, he is the Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer of TH.

Tuan Haji Adi Azuan also sits on the Board of Silver Bird Group Berhad, Lityan Holdings Berhad and YSP Southeast Asia Holding Berhad.

Tuan Haji Mohd Hisham Bin Harun

Tuan Haji Mohd Hisham Bin Harun, aged 40, was appointed to the Board of TH Global Services Sdn Bhd in 2005.

Tuan Haji Hisham is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. U.K.

He started his career at Coopers & Lybrand/PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was attached to the Audit Division and the Consultancy Division before joining Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) since 1999. He has vast experiences in TH and held few senior posts in different divisions and departments i.e. Senior Manager in Corporate Planning Department, General Manager in Investments Department, Head of Fixed Income Division and General Manager in MD/CEO Office.

He is now being seconded to Silver Bird Bhd as the General Manager, Halal Integrity and Marketing from March 2008.   

Tuan Haji Hisham also sits as the Board member of few listed and non-listed company such as Southern Acids (M) Bhd and TCCM Dewhrist Sdn Bhd.
